For the ultimate postpartum care, nurture your body in a herbal sitz bath and allow the soothing herbal properties aid perineal healing, ease pain, improve blood circulation, reduce bleeding and fight infection. 

Instructions: Fill the reusable sustainable muslin bag with the nurture soak and steep in 2 cups of boiling water for 20 minutes. Poor the tea mixture into a shallow warm bath, submerge, relax and enjoy. 

We understand that time is precious with a newborn, so repeat the above steps but instead place the tea mix in a large container of warm water that can fit inside your toilet bowl. Sit on the toilet with your nether region submerged and enjoy a mini escape. 

We paid special attention while creating this mix and to the role each ingredient plays in postpartum healing and the menstrual cycle. 

Lavender: Analgesic, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, combats wind and bowel problems, calms anxiety and stress related symptoms, stimulates tissue repair. 

Chamomile: Calms anxiety and tension, promotes sleep, fights infection, eases pain including period pain and stimulates tissue repair. 

Calendula: Enhances circulation, hormone balancing, regulates menstruation and relieves menstrual cramps. 

Yarrow: Regulates menstrual cycle, relieves tension and heavy bleeding. Ideal for treatment of varicose veins and haemorrhoids. 

Uva Ursi: Helps settle inflamed and irritate urinary passages, settles heavy periods, eases cervical discharge and thrush. 

Ingredients: Lavender, Chamomile, Calendula, Yarrow, Uva Ursi, Geranium Essential Oil.
